The Story
Jason served in the National Guard, volunteered for deployment to Iraq, and retired as SFC (E-7). After leaving the military, he worked as a civilian for the government before getting into standup around July 2020.
"I left the military I was an addict and I was a drunk and I was at the lowest point of my life."
He's been open about his recovery — addiction, alcohol, and weight. He moved from Chicago to Austin to pursue comedy full-time, settling in Pflugerville, TX with his wife Melissa, who edits most of his video content.
His style is a bizarre mix of the unexpected and the insightful, tackling everything from the silly to the absurdly profound. He uses his platform not just for laughs but as a space for mental health advocacy.
